Requests for registration cancellations must be sent via email to secretaria@sbcd.org.br.
Cancellation requests will be processed under the following conditions:
For payments made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the card. For payments made via bank slip, transfer, or Pix, the refund will be processed via deposit. In this case, the applicant must provide their banking details along with the cancellation request.
Cases not covered by these conditions will be reviewed by SBCD.
Transfer requests must be submitted via email to secretaria@sbcd.org.br by April 10, 2025. The request must be made by the registered participant, indicating the name, email, and CPF (Brazilian ID number) of the person replacing them.
If the new participant falls under a different registration category, they must pay the price difference applicable at the time of registration.
Accompanying persons may only attend social events.
Their registration does not grant access to scientific sessions or the exhibition area.
Minors are not allowed in the exhibition area or scientific sessions (RD96/2008 regulation). Accompanying persons aged 12 or older must pay the full registration fee for this category and may attend social events only if accompanied by their parents.
Badges are personal and non-transferable and are required for access to all scientific activities, the exhibition area, and official event transportation. If a badge reissue is necessary, a fee of R$100.00 will be charged. This is a strict security measure.
The number of participants for the 35th Brazilian Congress of Dermatologic Surgery (35th CBCD) is limited. SBCD recommends early registration, as spaces are subject to availability and safety regulations. Once capacity is reached, registration cannot be guaranteed.
Registration alone does not entitle participants to a participation certificate. To receive this document, attendees must have their presence recorded in the classroom and attend at least 70% of the available lectures.
Participation certificates will be available in digital format (PDF) 7 days after the event on the SBCD website.
Materials are guaranteed only for pre-registered participants.
The event organizers are not responsible for lost items at the Convention Center during the Congress.
Minors under 18 years old are not allowed at the event.
Smoking is prohibited in auditoriums and restrooms.
Use of mobile phones and beeping devices is prohibited in auditoriums.
Photography and filming of any SBCD scientific activity are strictly prohibited.
Attendees are not allowed to wear shorts, Bermuda shorts, flip-flops, or tank tops.
Any commercial activity within the event premises is strictly prohibited, except for official exhibitors of the 35th CBCD.
